Mihaela is an organisational/work/business psychologist and executive coach who helps organisations set, align, and deliver their strategies through inclusive organisational design and development, and helps leaders become the best leaders they can be for their teams and organisations, now and in the future.
Mihaela works at the intersection of strategy, culture and climate, work psychology, leadership and ways of working, supporting leaders and teams to translate strategic intent into the everyday conditions that drive outcomes: clear direction, aligned operational approaches, good decision-making, equitable practices, and accountability that feels human and effective.
Mihaela's work is evidence-led and human-centred. As a pracademic (Organisational Psychology / Evidence-Based HRM), she brings rigorous diagnosis and practical delivery, helping clients and partners understand what is driving results in context, and then designing solutions that engage individuals, teams and the wider system.
She is particularly focused on equitable workplaces, inclusive leadership, and women in leadership, and ultimately ensuring that workplaces are fair environments that work for everyone. She works in fractional, interim, and independent capacities, partnering with leaders as a coach, facilitator, and consultant.
Mihaela considers herself a connector, and her style is supportive and appropriately challenging: creating safe, high-trust spaces for honest conversations while keeping focus on decisions, actions and measurable progress.
In group settings, she is known for being engaging and grounded, helping teams harness their collective intelligence and co-create practical solutions they will genuinely use, and that will help them build sustainable new ways of being and doing things.
Her core belief is simple: behaviour changes when the system makes it easier to do the right thing. She works across individual, team and organisational levels to design the conditions: structures, routines, decision-making and learning that help people act with clarity, accountability and impact long after the work together.
